Site Acquisition Specialist III $68.00 / per hour

The Richmond (based in Glen Allen, VA)
Office address Glen Allen, VA area. Looking for a perm office 23060 23059.
Richmond has a strong team and is looking for admin / data base support to help with their large build plan.

Looking to add 2-3 contractors.
These roles will be contract to perm (3 month contracts min are typical prior to a conversion)
The role is :
100% office based - 5 days per week M-F (8am-5pm)
No TELECOM Required
Must Have:
Strong PC skills, organized, detail oriented, tech savvy, use Microsoft suite, familiar with google sheets is a plus,
Ability to work in a data base system daily and
enter data and pull reports.
Review leases
This market will provide "on the job -training"
Look for real-estate lawyers , paralegals , or strong admin

There will be NO management of vendors which is sometimes typical in this role.
