SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility for the Expeditor will be communicating between and among the various cooking areas to ensure coordination and a smooth flow of quality products being produced and assembled so that severs may deliver consistent high quality meal orders to our guests in a timely manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Garnish cooked food items with appropriate garnishes


• Communicate with Executive Chef on all problems, complaints and discrepancies


• Maintain a positive attitude relationship with all employees and guest


• Special Projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a high volume/ high quality operation


• Ability to deal well with change and uncertainty and flexible enough to adapt and sensibly respond to the situation at hand


• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively


• Ability to work nights and weekends


• Present a good attitude at all times
