Seasonal Maintenance Worker - Oak Ridge

Duties

Duties include painting (interior and exterior), handling small power washing equipment, carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, moving furniture, picking up recyclables from branch locations to bring to recycle centers. Handle small projects, miscellaneous upkeep and other general maintenance duties given by supervisor or management. May also assist with mail room duties if needed.

Requirements

Qualified candidate should have some the basic knowledge in the following fields: Painting, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and safety practices. Must be reliable, detail oriented, well organized and work independently. Qualified applicant must work well with others and possess good communications skills. Must have the ability to follow up on projects/Tasks and must be confident in making sound decisions. Must be able to lift 75 lb and have the ability to climb ladders. Must be bondable.
