What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Oversee and lead complex employee relations investigations; effectively summarize findings and mitigation opportunities in written reports

  • Consult with the leadership in the management, assessment, and conduct of investigations; review the overall accuracy and completeness of investigations on the case management system

  • Create and deliver investigative training as required

  • Prepare and present to leadership timely and accurate analytical reports on investigation issues and trends

  • Act as the point of contact for advice and mentorship on investigation issues for your area of responsibility as well as information requests and EEOC and agency claims

  • Assist in developing and implementing a standardized investigative process across the line of business


What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business Management, Human Resources, or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 5 years of experience conducting, leading, and supervising complex investigations in a large organization


It'd be great if you also have:

  • Effective organizational, leadership, communication and presentation skills

  • A strong business focus with demonstrated ability to act in partnership with management teams.
