Senior Vice President - Cloud (Azure & AWS) Banking & Financial Services, Health Care Permanent & Contract

Location: Dallas

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee multiple teams of IT recruiters focusing on permanent and contract roles in the whole of the USA with emphasis on Cloud recruitment (AWS and Azure).
• Responsible for the overall team, customer and candidate strategy.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally for a global leader in staffing company for IT professionals.
• Motivate team to achieve the best results possible by setting activity and revenue goals in support of wider organization goals.
• Continual development of all team members especially with regards to creating high-performing leaders.
• Oversee all aspects of recruitment and selection for assigned team(s), ensuring they are fully resourced to meet their goals and targets.
• Analyze market trends to ensure team(s) are correctly focused for maximum commercial value.
• Represent the company at events and help promote FRG.
• Collaborate with other departments across FRG, ensuring that initiatives are implemented and are aligned to overall business goals and objectives, specifically with reference to client management, marketing, training and talent acquisition.
• Maximize the commercial value of Phoenix through managing and implementing excellent data integrity standards across teams.

• 5 years of experience in full desk (client/candidate) permanent and contract recruitment in banking industry and negotiating client contracts;
• Experience must include 4 years of budget and personnel management.
