What you will do

Assists customers on field start-up of equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs problems related to Frick Refrigeration Systems, including electronic controls.

How you will do it

• Responsible for start-up and repair of Frick Refrigeration Systems, supporting a facility with $200+ Million in annual equipment sales. Responsible for up to $5,000 discretionary warranty credit.


• Assists customers with start-up of refrigeration equipment, compressors, etc.


• Troubleshoots problems concerning refrigeration equipment.


• Trains customers to operate refrigeration equipment.


• Authorized to conduct/issue discretionary warranty work up to $5,000 approval level.

Required

• Must be willing to travel 100%


• Requires an Associate’s Degree or equivalent from college or technical school; or five (5) to ten (10) years related experience and/or training in refrigeration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), as well as Internet software and E-mail is required.


• Frequently on construction work sites and end-user facilities. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
