We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:

• Provide quality care on our inpatient/outpatient Clinical Research Center Unit


• Support clinical research practice and protocol fidelity at our Academic Medical Center


• Use your medical surgical expertise in caring for patients enrolled in clinical trials in areas including hematology/oncology, asthma/allergy, Alzheimer’s disease, endocrine/metabolic system, rheumatology and sleep disorders.

Education:

Minimum - Graduate of a baccalaureate, associate or diploma nursing school

Preferred - Baccalaureate degree in nursing

Work Experience:

Minimum - One (1) year relevant clinical experience

Preferred - 

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin, CPR, ACLS certified within one (1) year of hire

Preferred – 

Physical Requirements:

Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Work Schedule:

90% FTE, 36 hours. Day/Evening, 8/12 hour shifts between 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, and 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, with weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
