Summary:
Seller-Doer role reporting to the Director of Asset Advisory. Takes ownership for multiple major client relationships, deriving significant direct consulting business and pull through opportunities for the organization. Is accountable to deliver a portion of the overall Advisian business performance. Directs and develops a group of consultants. Is active in monitoring and improving work processes and tools. Mentors Senior Consultants. Role includes leading the generation of proposals, execution plans and budgets, and targeted direct consulting. Takes a lead role in Consultancy strategic planning and execution.
Duties/Responsibilites:
Detail orientated with significant financial modelling experience
Strong self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset and motivated
Practical consulting experience - including scoping, selling and delivery
Transaction Support and General Advisory including asset reviews, transaction support, management/corporate strategies, practices and methodologies
Experience of Energy, Chemicals and Renewables sectors is preferred
Critical thinking, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, produce concise reports and presentations appropriate for all levels (from project management to C-level)
Confidence to work at all levels of a client organisation (Board to Technician)
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Desire to expand role and be adaptable to client's needs
Assists, and later, leads the preparation of proposals, execution plans and budgets
Supports a continuous improvement culture and identifies gaps, develops work processes, tools and methodologies to drive productivity and growth

Technical Excellence:
Has appropriate level of technical knowledge and industry insight to be able to effectively recruit people, staff teams and lead discussions with clients
Presents technical papers and publishes articles
Is sought after by clients to lead a team in delivering technical expertise of company
Able to translate customer needs and strategies into project definition with objectives and constraints
Drives the improvement of Advisian technical and economics modeling capabilities
Qualifications:
Experience working with a management consult firm
Displays understanding of manufacturing industries
Advanced degree and excellent academic record
Experience developing market analysis for multiple industries
Experience assisting with corporate strategies based on current and future market conditions
Experience conducting or leading Due Diligence - Corp, technical, and environmental
Experience leading integration of newly acquired assets
Experience in development of Financial Project
