Job Description
LOOKING FOR: A self-driven, senior level candidate with an active Secret clearance to join our AMERICAN SYSTEMS Engineering Services team as a Compliance/Software Engineer II in Norwich, CT.

A week in the life of an Compliance/Software Engineer II:
- Design and re-design hardware and host OS and integrate specialized applications
- Design and code scripts (shell, powershell, Perl, python) to manage OS functions
- Lead and support testing efforts to ensure that quality standards are met
- Provide technical input and documentation to the project configuration control boards
- Provide technical support for application development and production hardware

Job Requirements
- Active secret clearance
- CISSP or equivalent security certification
At least 10 years of experience in:
- Developing and implementing complex hardware and software solutions.
- Developing custom user interface, desktop environment, or toolbar as front-end to custom scripts
At least 5 years of experience in:
- Installing and configuring Windows and Linux operating systems
- Installing and configuring network routers and switches
- Will accept technical certification credit for military experience, where possible
