- Reconciles orders shipping out of remote company locations.
- Prepares documents for imaging and keep Billing Exceptions clean.
- Collects, verifies, and sends documents related to international shipments.

- Maintains the customer master files.
- Performs special projects and other necessary duties as assigned.
- Provides back-up assistance for other billing coordinators and credit processors.
