The Respiratory Therapy Department Manager will join a 150+ bed hospital that is committed to achieving high quality and safe care for the patients and is accredited by The Joint Commission, The American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer, The American College of Radiology, and The Commission on Laboratory Accreditation of the College of American Pathologists. In the past decade, the hospital has completed a new Surgery Center, added over 25 new medical/surgical beds, has expanded its cancer center by adding an upgraded linear accelerator, and has opened a new main entrance with greatly expanded parking.

The Respiratory Therapy Department Manager will report directly to the Vice President over the department and will collaborate with education department staff in the planning, implementation, and delivery of the educational curriculum. They will also have the responsibility of educating staff on the use of new equipment, supplies, and instruments. In addition, the Respiratory Therapy Department Manager will facilitate courses in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and advanced cardiac life support.
