We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to the hiring managers. Additionally, you will be managing a team of recruiters charged with sourcing and screening all full time positions across a complex portfolio of businesses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans and supports recruiting events and overall recruiting strategy including advertisements and marketing. Focus recruitment on diverse candidate pipeline and placement in target roles.
Effectively utilize all online recruitment tools to acquire and manage talent (ATS, job boards, social networking & media channels, etc.) across multiple divisions and brands.
Manages recruiting objectives by KPIs. Collaborate with hiring and human resource managers on timely talent selection. Share KPIs with hiring and human resource managers.
Manage recruiting team and requisition assignments to ensure days to fill are timely. Focus the recruiting team on resume data base utilization, external active and passive searches, timely interviews and selections.
Responsible for active and passive searches of assigned requisitions. Perform pre-screening to analyze an applicant's abilities and viability. Foster positive candidate relationships.
Facilitate thorough and professional reference checks on prospective candidates, generate offer letters.
Establish a base line understanding of each business and culture to effectively assess candidate profiles and fit.
Work with Talent Team to establish a centralized internship program servicing business units.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.

Qualifications
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
5 - 8 years of experience as a recruiter
Prior experience managing a team
Critical thinker with strong problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills and passion for building great candidate experiences
Commitment to diversity and understanding of importance to develop teams that bring difference
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
Experience partnering and consulting cross-functionally across multiple disciplines with many different leaders
Ability to multi-task and drive results
Professional presence, operate as brand ambassador
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Bachelor's degree preferred
