What you will do 

Responsible for the development and performance of all training activities in assigned market. Develop and execute a sales training plan focused on the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish strategies to expand our customer’s knowledge in the assigned market and contribute to the development of sales and training programs for new and existing clientele.

As a Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for all technical training and support in assigned market. Develop and execute a sales training plan focused on the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships via regular scheduled calls, trainings and other forms of support while collecting customer feedback. Interface with product development teams to bring customer feedback to our products. Work alongside testing teams to vet new products and help in the development process.

How you will do it 


  • Devise effective territory training and market strategies

  • Analyze data to find the most efficient training methods

  • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions

  • Work with engineering teams to implement customer feedback

  • Identify sales opportunities within the training process

  • Present products and services to prospective customers

  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships

  • Conduct training on installation and programming best practices.

  • Help in creating customer facing documents

  • Assess training performance according to KPIs

  • Monitor competition within assigned region

  • Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director

What we look for 

Required 


  • 3-5 years Technical Sales Trainer or Installer experience; Experience with Qolsys or NEO a plus

  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue

  • Ability to develop training strategies and use performance KPIs

  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Problem-solving aptitude

  • BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience 

  • Ideally, this person will be located in the following states: CO, NM, WY, NE, KS, OK, MS, and AR
