Job Title: Program Data Specialist
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Operations
Reports to: Assistant Vice President of Programs

Since 1975 Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA) has been an essential part of the Kansas City metro. Our mission is to improve the lives of those impacted by sexual abuse and assault, and to prevent sexual violence in our community.

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting with the collection and reporting of the agencys program data.

JOB OBJECTIVES

I. Data Collection & Reporting
a. Enter client,servicesand funding source information into MOCSA database in compliance with funder requirements.
b. Create and disseminate statistical grant and agency reports to demonstrate program and agency outcomes.
c. Provide monthly quality assurance department reportsto ensure accuracy in database records.
d. Provide services report to community partners for fee-for-service reimbursement

II. Program Assistance
a. Provide administrative support to agency leadership and serve as a
b. Provide ongoing support for internal database users including scheduling space, setting up staff log-ins, answering data entry questions and assistingwith database trainings.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree or two years of equivalent education and experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience using database systems.

Preferred Qualifications
2 years prior database experience in a nonprofit, government or clinical setting. Experience with Access, SQL, client management software, and grant reporting and outcomes.

Work is typically performed in an office environment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK HOURS
This is a full-time position; business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

TRAVEL
Occasional travel throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.

BENEFITS
