Investment Banking Associates work on a broad array of domestic and international transactions. Our bankers execute mergers and acquisitions, raise capital for clients (including initial public offerings), guide companies through financial restructuring, discuss strategic alternatives geared towards competitive growth, and provide other advisory services. As an Associate you will work alongside some of the industry's best and forward-thinking energy bankers and have exposure to senior people at a diverse set of companies.
Responsibilities may include:

• Analyzing companies using financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Examining the impact of a transaction on a client's capital structure
• Analyzing the consequences of mergers, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts

You Offer
Interested candidates are required to have a degree from a four-year college or university and at least 3 years of Investment Banking experience or equivalent. Credit Suisse is noted for the diversity of its employees, and seeks candidates with a common set of abilities:
