ASC Therapies and Wellness is now hiring a full-time Home Health Occupational Therapist

SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTIONS

The Occupational Therapist (OT) administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Therapy Supervisor. Any direct patient care provided will be performed as defined by the state Occupational Therapy Practice Act. The Occupational Therapist refers and develops patient plans of treatment to certified occupational therapist assistant (COTA) and supervises the care provided to patients by the COTA.

This position will travel throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding counties
