B2B Marketing Advisor, Growth + Retention - Specialty Pharmacy - Work at home at Cigna in St. Louis, Missouri

Job Description:

As part of the Evernorth Business Marketing team working to promote our specialty pharmacy, Accredo, and our specialty solutions, you have an opportunity to do really important work in a growing space. As a Segment Marketing Advisor you'll be responsible for partnering with our clinical and product teams to build and enhance messaging and materials related to our specialty services and solutions; including management of campaign strategy and execution. In addition, you'll be partnering with our Specialty sales and account management teams to build a model to support more effective business acquisition and retention efforts. How you'll make an impact:

• Work with business partners within Specialty and across the broader organization to conceptualize and execute strategic marketing activities, with a focus on B2B payer audiences (employer groups, health plans, consultants).


• Responsible for go-to-market messaging, content development, campaign strategy and execution for portfolio of complex solutions and clinical services. Campaigns may be product/service-focused or thought-leadership based.


• Lead market research and data analytics initiatives to better understand audience perspective and develop buyer insights, where applicable.


• Partners with sales and account management teams to provide tools and resources to support sales enablement (internal) and buyer enablement (external).


• Supports opportunity-specific initiatives for key sales and upsells


• Effectively partners with internal and external Creative agencies to create materials and manage timelines and budgets


• Manages campaign performance metrics; uses a test and learn approach to work

What you'll need:

• 4-7+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2B2C marketing, healthcare and/or technical marketing experience preferred


• Experience developing and executing against integrated marketing plans


• Ability to convert complex subject matter into simplified, impactful messaging


• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment, and while managing multiple projects


• Experience working in and with sales teams using Salesforce, Highspot, or other similar tools


• Experience navigating account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, opportunity-specific support approaches


• Ability to analyze data (research, metrics, etc.) and apply to messaging and/or strategic plans


• Ability to foster collaboration and value others' perspectives and support


• Bachelor's degree, in marketing, business, or communications preferred

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
