There is an opening for a Speech Therapist at a Rehabilitation Clinic right outside of Spokane Washington. Speech Therapist will be working alongside medical practitioners to test hearing aids, paperwork, etc. You must also be familiar with performing electrodiagnostic evaluations (VNG and ABR) to show success in this position.  A qualified candidate will have a Doctorate or Masters degree in this field of study, while also having a CCC-A certificate with a WA Audiology License.  The Speech Therapist must use technology, problem solving, creativity, and social training to recognize and identify auditory disorders in patients coming in and out of the clinic. You will work directly with medical pracitioners that specialize in ear, nose, and throat disorders to identify the solution to the sensory loss in patients with with distribution of hearing aids and one on one training to better the lives of these individuals. Compassion, drive, and social ability are important characteristics one must carry to be considered for this opportunity.
