2ND SHIFT CRUMBLE ROOM PACKAGING:
The temperature is cool in this department, around 50 degrees. Employees are required to wear disposable face masks for their shift, which the company provides daily.
Job Description:

Packaging Machine Operator requires mechanical problem solving abilities/skills in a fast-paced work environment.
Examples of duties involved in this type of position include preparing supplies and labels; completing required paperwork accurately; taking cheese from totes and placing onto conveyors; operating packaging equipment to fill bags or containers with crumbled product; verifying product codes and materials for accuracy; checking containers for proper seals; attaching labels to products; putting products onto pallets; stacking pallets; and cleaning and sanitizing equipment, conveyors and packaging areas.
Previous packaging machine operator experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule: 2nd shift is 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm or done Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday.
Pay Rate: starting at $17.00/hour, plus a $1.00 2nd shift differential
General Requirements:

Position requires good mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot machinery.
Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred.
Previous packaging machine operator experience is preferred.
Candidates must be able to read, write and speak English.
These positions are physical, and require standing the duration of the shift, walking, bending, stooping, turning, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions: Line work, standing /walking 100% on concrete floor. Minimum 40 work hours expected per week during company operating hours, Monday through Friday and every other Saturday. Overtime required, room temperature is cool.
