Structural Engineer 2 – (Lenexa, KS) Kiewit Engineering Group, Inc.: Assist in the prep of designs for assigned structure(s) incl research, system selection, analysis, & drawing prep on projects ranging from moderate to large in size & complexity. Reqs: Bachelors in civil/arch engng or rel. 6 mo's exp as a structural engng or rel which must Incl: layout & design of gravity & lateral syst ensuring compliance w/ ACI 318, 350, 530, ASCE 7 & 37, ANSI/SDI C-2017, AISC 360, NDS 2015, IBC 2015, & PCA design manuals using RAM, MATHCAD, SPBEAM, SPCOLUMN, ENERCALC, NCMA, SAP, RISA, HILTI PROFIS, REVIT, BlueBeam, & AutoCAD. Structural eval of concrete & steel structures, & dsgn of retrofitting systems for mod's & strengthening of Existing framing. Structural eval of rigging systems, floating cranes, & similar temp structures. Devel of layouts & 3-D BIM for commercial buildings & complexes using Revit, BlueBeam REVU, & AutoCAD. *internship exp is acceptable.
