Job Description:

Responsibilities
Provides direct psychosocial services to clients in the community who are homeless or at risk of homelessness or have frequent contact with the mental health system, substance use system, or criminal justice system. Assists in the overall functioning of the Intensive Mobile Treatment Program. Works under general supervision. Licensure: Valid driver's NY State license may be required, as determined by operational/regional needs. Current registration to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State required. Education: Master's degree in Social Work required. Experience: Minimum of three years as a social service provider with clients in a mental health setting required. Experience working in the criminal justice system and/or with substance abuse preferred. Bilingual skills may be required, as determined by operational needs.
