Job Requirements:
The IAM Operations Analyst must have a working knowledge and to be able to execute the below key job functions:
Job Responsibilities:
The Information Security Analyst will support the Information Security Identity and Access ManagementOperations teamin executing the provisioning and de-provisioning of user access to LPL applications and platforms. Daily responsibilities to include but not limited to:
* Provide daily metrics of IAM OPS ServiceNow ticket queue (Pending, Closed, In progress, Missed SLA, Team staffing)
* Monitor, review, assign, and complete task assignments using ServiceNow platform.
* Assign transfer requests to LPL, as appropriate per guidance and predefined steps.
* Complete resolution of service catalog requests, including identification of the source of the request and the level of support required to complete request.
* If required, take manual approval from the respective approvers at LPL to complete the service request.
* Mailbox management: Handling multiple IAM Mailbox queues
* Ensure compliance with all technical procedures, user guides and run books to run operations
* Troubleshooting of issues/incidents related to any access provisioning remotely and provide root cause analysis
Key Tasks to perform:
Provisioning
* Creation & Modification of application accounts for user requestors.
Terminations
* Modification of application accounts as required.
Transfers
* Process Transfer requests, Relocation and Conversion for users.
Quality Check
* Process Quality Check tasks assigned
