Job Description:

Title: Site Supervisor Janitorial
Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: $12.00 - $13.00/hr
Location: James Island, SC - off Folly Road
Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 15 lbs
Experience Preferred: 6 months, with some sort of leadership/management background
Responsibilities: Includes general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties as assigned by Manager. Also includes supervising employees, coordinating with employees to complete special tasks, assisting the manager in ensuring buildings are being cleaned per the scope.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to learn basic cleaning principles and techniques.
Ability to perceive identification numbers marked on material and be able to read and understand numbers and volumes.
