Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY
Product is responsible for product planning, design, development and launch. Responsibilities include working with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The role also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Data analysis responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. The candidate will develop analytics prototypes. A successful team member will be comfortable resolving ambiguity, and working with a diverse set of stakeholders.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


  • Manage day-to-day requests from clients and internal requestors

  • Define the feature/data strategy and roadmap

  • Be an expert with respect to the competition

  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for features

  • Develop sales tools and collateral

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

  • Develop and implement data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Act as a leader within the company

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


  • Demonstrated passion for defining and launching excellent products and features

  • Ability to plan ahead to avoid unnecessary delays in product development

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Excellent teamwork skills with great attention to detail
