Continual Service Improvement focuses on tracking the performance of all activities. Based on the analysis, they continually analyze the implementation effort to determine what improvements can be made with minimal disruption.
Key responsibilities (Bullets)
Create and execute a Continuous Improvement Strategy that can be used tocontinue the improvement and success of the program.
Recommend and implement tools and methods to continuously improve theeffectiveness of the Department Of Labor Enterprise Service Desk (DOL ESD).
Coordinate and facilitate program retrospectives to gain insights. Track and executeagainst program feedback to continuously improve the program.
Provide industry best practices and insights from leading experts to continuouslyimprove the effectiveness and operation of the DOL ESD.
Conduct training, brown bag sessions, and other ad hoc sessions tocontinuously improve the program.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to keep the DOL ESD operating at aCMMI level 4, or equivalent. Conduct initial benchmarking, periodic reviews, andoversee the ongoing maturity.
Capture lessons learned and maintain a repository that can be leveraged across DOL ESD. Provide lessons learned and other best practices from industry andother system implementations.
Required Qualifications
US Citizen able to pass a government level background check and obtain a Public Trust.
Bachleor's degree or higher in an IT related field or10+ years ofrelevantexperience
ITIL Foundation Certification
PreferredQualifications
Master's degree
ITIL Intermediate Certification
