The Tailored Branch Support Service Specialist II partners with multiple Financial Advisors (FA) to support the branch business plan objectives.  

 


  • Partner with multiple Financial Advisors (FAs) virtually to plan and execute the daily functions needed for the branch 

  • Deliver excellent client service by anticipating client needs and improving the client experience  

  • Provide a high level of support to multiple FAs and serve as a resource to share ideas, problem solve, and take action 

  • Create and update standard operating procedures for the branch 

  • Advanced administrative support: IE: Identify opportunities, answer incoming calls and emails, schedule/follow up on appointments, paperwork, and scanning 

  • Assist multiple FAs in the planning of events and seminars

  Qualifications:  **Note: this position will sit in Las Cruces, NM


  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support or customer service experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Excellent client service skills

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task

  • Strong computer skills including effective use of Microsoft Office applications

  • Capable of working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, quickly learning and applying new and complex information.

If applying for a Home-Based Associate position, you must meet the minimum internet connectivity requirements. A satellite connection for your high-speed internet doesn’t work with our current home-based setup; you need to be on a DSL or a cable high-speed internet connection. The software in the department requires a minimum of 6 Mbps down speed, 2 Mbps up speed, and less than 60 Ping Speed to perform daily functions.
