This position is responsible for administering the RDC Productivity Program and for measuring, reporting and monitoring other key performance indicators. It is also responsible for ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are followed and updated as necessary, seeks out operational improvement opportunities and leads implementation for network wide changes.


50% of the time, you will:


  • Productivity Planning, Execution and Reporting

    • Provides RDC Management & Supervisors with performance metrics and directs areas of focus for overall building execution

    • Maintains Productivity Program – ensures supervisors are providing employee performance feedback, following prescribed observation process, etc.

    • Responsible for Daily, Weekly, Monthly Labor Planning, Scheduling & Reporting against Productivity Budget

    • Audits Reasonable Expectancies to ensure they are fair & attainable


25% of the time, you will:

  • Standard Operating Procedures

    • Ensure network Standard Operating Procedures are being followed in all Departments

    • Ensure corporate directed safety, product handling, and asset protection procedures are being followed during production activities


15% of the time, you will:

  • Continuous Improvement & Projects

    • Responsible for identifying Operational Improvement Opportunities such as layout, slotting, equipment or operational changes

    • Responsible for implementing network directed operation improvement initiatives


5% of the time, you will:

  • Provides Productivity Reporting Duties for Facility Clerk
    • Responsible for ensuring Labor Reporting methodology is being executed

5% of the time, you will:

  • Performs other duties as apparent or assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Distribution Center experience

  • 3+ years Supervisory experience in Business, Military, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business or related fields
