Job Description:

Hillcrest Youth Services is currently seeking a full-time second shift Shift Supervisor to add to our team of professionals.  This position will provide supervision and coordination of Youth Care Worker staff and services for the residential program.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Supervision of Youth Care Worker staff and residents.


• Coordination of the residential program including transportation, scheduling, etc.


• Overall management of resident supervision and monitoring of daily activities.

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?

• Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred; degree can be waived in lieu of experience.


• Work schedule 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday-Friday with weekend hours required as needed.


• Previous work with juveniles highly preferred.


• Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.


• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.


• Must have valid driver's license and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance


• Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
