Job Description Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment.   This individual will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations for shipping and production to provide efficient and timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and production team to generate and distribute daily production schedule to meet customer needs and expectations


• Utilize ERP System for production scheduling and inventory control


• Prepare delivery tickets and related shipping documents


• Check and review orders against delivery tickets before they are shipped


• Coordinate deliveries with external trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of materials to our customers


• Prepare daily production and shipping reports


• Always maintain a strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures


• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Two years of related experience preferred


• Must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety


• Ability to read, write, and do intermediate mathematical calculations (ratios, fractions, algebraic equations)


• Intermediate computer skills


• Must possess a strong attention to detail


• Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and team focused


• Ability to be flexible
