Job Description:

Summary:


Records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced. Ensures compliance with internal control procedures by counting inventory at various locations within the organization and matching results with inventory records.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


* Complete inventory cycle counts, make corrections if applicable


* Tracks completed work orders daily


* Checks work order quantity produced vs. scheduled


* Relay shortages and overages to planning and production teams


* Cycle Count job specific materials issued from daily Production


* Check accuracy of placards, check locations, correct any discrepancies


* Cycle counts daily specific raw materials as determined by Inventory Lead


* Orders cartons based on schedule provided by the Scheduling team


* Receive and issue service work orders


* Review negative bin report (raw material) daily and makes necessary corrections


* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


General:


* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills


* Detail oriented with good organization and time management skills


* Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


* Ability to work independently


* 1-3 years of inventory or counting experience required


* Must be available to work overtime on short notice, which may include weekend, evening or holiday hours



Education and/or Experience:


* High school diploma or equivalent required


* 1-2 years previous inventory control experience preferred



Language/Communication Skills:


* Must be capable of speaking, reading and writing English with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.



Mathematical Skills:


* Must be capable of performing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division calculations.


Reasoning Ability:


* Must possess good organization and time management skills and practices. Must be detail oriented.



Computer Skills:


* Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook


* Knowledge of Visual preferred



Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:


* License to drive electric order picker required

* Require sitting, standing and walking in a warehouse and office environment. Must be capable of operating standard office equipment such as a computer, copier, mail machine, printer, fax, stapler, and other various pieces of office equipment. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. Must be capable of driving an electric order picker.
