Job Description:

The Graphic Designer is an entry-level design position that will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer to support many aspects of the firm’s ongoing marketing and communications activities.  Key duties will include creating compelling graphics for print and digital use to showcase the firm’s brand, content, and expertise and to support client projects and business development. 

Essential Functions:

• Create graphics and provide images for website content and social media use


• Create branded material for email outreach including banners and in-copy graphics


• Provide design support to consultants and leadership for speeches, reports, client presentations, and proposals


• Create graphics for internal programs and communications


• Design digital ads to support the firm’s paid advertising strategy


• Support the design and development of collateral for the firm’s practice areas and services


• Provide graphical support for the firm’s involvement in conferences and trade shows


• Adhere to firm branding standards for all graphics-related material


• Assist with graphical updates to company website using HTML and CSS coding


• Assist with the development and maintenance of design resources available for the firm

Qualification Requirements:

• Strong graphic design and aesthetic skills including deep experience with Adobe Creative Suite (such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and other tools


• Excellent creativity and hands-on design and layout experience


• Strong design skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word


• Experience with WordPress and updating websites using HTML and CSS coding


• Knowledge of print and digital design best practices


• Strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and clients


• Reliable for accuracy and thorough work – strong attention to detail


• Excellent organization skills and has the ability to manage multiple tasks


• Professional-level verbal and written communication skills


• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment


• Ability to work both independently and be part of a team


• Willingness and interest in learning new things

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field


• Relevant project or work experience (limited)
