Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

---Develops and delivers quality clinical practices

---Advocates and communicates regularly with external agencies and referral sources

---Effective working relationships with clinical team

---Maintains timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.

---No supervision requirements for this position.

--Regular and reliable attendance is required.

--Provides excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.

Key Performance Indicators

--Meet billable hour productivity standards.

--Assessments and plan of care documents completed on time.

--Clinical documentation completed within two business days of the service

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

All other duties as assigned.
