Job Description

Perform a wide range of duties related to the upkeep of CNC machines, Secondary Machines and Thermal Deburr. Quality inspections as required.

Job Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* A demonstrated knowledge of good housekeeping and safety skills.

* The demonstrated ability to check the tools correctly and identify which tools need to be replaced.

* Maintain proper fluid levels on all CNC machines.

* Anticipate and correct any repetitive maintenance of the equipment that will interrupt automatic operations.

* Operate both thermal deburr machines.

Background & Skills

Job Qualification Requirements:

High School education or GED equivalency

Must have basic math skills

Must be able to work standing for extended periods

Must be able to lift 40 lbs. repetitively

Must have good motor skills

Must be able to read and write legibly

Must be able to work while wearing safety equipment

Work Environment:

While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately high. The employee will be walking or standing most of the time.
