Job Description:

We are seeking a Dealer Account Manager for the IMF Business Relations Department.

The Dealer Account Manager is accountable for prospecting and signing up new merchants for the division’s Home Improvement and Eco-Sustainable IMF lending programs. The Dealer Account Manager creates opportunities to promote the IMF products with current and potential sources by educating and training merchants on the value proposition of our program and services. This requires the Dealer Account Manager to have a thorough knowledge of the Home Improvement and Eco-Sustainable merchant finance industry, our products and services, as well as understanding the needs of current and potential merchants to promote our product’s appeal and usage. The Dealer Account Manager is accountable for influencing key merchant decision makers to utilize our IMF lending products and services to produce loans that meet our sustainability objectives.

The job incumbent is responsible for complying with all policies, procedures, and processes related to their specific position, duties, and responsibilities.

Highlights:


  • Identify and prioritize new merchants which align with the IMF department and Credit Human’s mission of the future strategic objectives

  • Present sales proposals and presentations to key management sources to promote Credit Human’s IMF programs and services

  • Prepare new merchant agreement documentation, obtain needed signatures, and provide completed documentation to IMF Operations team for system set up

  • Monitor application and loan production quality and key efficiency ratios of loan producing sources to ensure goals and objectives of the Portfolio Manager are achieved

  • Obtain feedback from market and sources to assist the Portfolio Manager with product enhancement, development, specials and promotions

Experience:

    Required


  • Sales experience in Consumer Finance / Indirect Lending

    Preferred


  • Eco-Sustainable sales experience

  • Home Improvement sales experience

Education:

    Required


  • 4-year college degree or 5 years of Consumer Finance / Indirect Lending Experience

Skills & Knowledge:

    Required


  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Creating and executing sales plans

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to travel long distances in a company vehicle

  • Ability to stay overnight several times a month in remote markets as needed

  • Must have strong organization skills

  • General knowledge of the various departments and their primary responsibilities

    Preferred


  • Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
