Scientific Publishing Application Lead–sought by Research Square AJE, LLC in Durham, NC, 40 hrs/wk to dvlp novel apps & tools in the field of scientific publishing & preprinting; collaborate w/ eng’g, operations, & other stakeholders to select company-wide prdct & eng’g system integration sltns.

Min Reqrmnts: Master’s Degree in Comp Sci, Bioinformatics, or Neuroscience, or rltd field or frgn equiv. 2 yrs of exp in scientific publishing envrnmnt in the field of prdct dvlpmnt & sftwr eng’g, 2 yrs of exp in PHP & Javascript programming langs, 2 yrs of exp in interfacing (data extraction & analysis), w/ knwldg of at least 2 of the following editorial systems: Editorial Manager, EJPress, ScholarOne, &/or Open Journal Systems; & 2 yrs’ exp in machine learning analysis of scientific publications & under-consideration manuscripts.
