The Job

InterMetro Industries is seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst for our Corp HQ located in Wilkes Barre, PA.The Sales Enablement Analyst role supports Sales, Marketing, and Product Management with data analytics, process enhancements, and enablement of the customer experience.It is a developmental role for an individual interested in a career Sales and Marketing or a career role for an individual interested in business systems and analytics.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Primary support of the three core Domestic Sales Markets with secondary support of Product Management, International Sales,and Brand Marketing


2. Supports Strategies in alignment with the three core Domestic Sales Markets


3. Support communication of processes, tools, sales opportunities, program details, and promotion results tracking between marketing & sales


4. Supports Pricing Activities


5. Gathers Data for Sales and Product Analysis (Sales History, Profits, Usage, Market, Customer)


6. Gathers Market Data


7. Gathers Competitive Information and Data


8. Supports development and improvement of Sales and Marketing business processes (CRM, BI, QB, etc.) and process efficiency projects between customer service and sales & marketing for better alignment.


9. Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

• A minimum of one year relevant experience


• Self motivated with good communication and problem solving skills


• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training


• Strong data analytical skills with experience in reporting and interpretation through compiling large amounts of data into an understandable format to support problem solving.


• Bachelor's degree preferred


• FamiliaritywithHubSpot, Power BI, QuickBase preferred
