Sentrillion is seeking to hire an experienced Warehouse Manager in our Sierra Vista AZ office warehouse. A main focus on inventory control. Assist purchasing with material management including receiving and requisitions.

Specific duties include the following:

• Maintain accountability of all materials, contract bills-of-material, and government-furnished equipment (GFE).


• Inventory, redistribute, ship, and track bills-of-material (BOM) associated with on-going government contracts.


• Package, ship, and track all material leaving the warehouse.


• Assist with receiving, inventory, determine disposition, and store all material arriving at the warehouse.


• Receive packing slips and bills-of-lading from field personnel and document receipt of material in the Deltek Costpoint material management system.


• Use Deltek Costpoint to create, monitor, and close requisitions for parts requested by the maintenance area of operations.


• Prepare, send, and track all purchase orders for maintenance tickets, when necessary.


• Manage the registration and maintenance of all company-owned vehicles.


• Assist with the tracking of company demonstration equipment.


• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required. Associates Degree in Management or related field from an accredited institution preferred.


• 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or demonstrated equivalent duties.


• Knowledge of automated material management systems.


• Basic knowledge of computers and productivity software applications signs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Ability to convey logistics plans and information in an easily understood manner.


• Able to communicate effectively with all levels both verbally and in writing.


• Strong detail-oriented shills; able to multi-task and change priorities quickly.


• A self-starter who is able to work well without direct supervision.


• Valid driver's license; ability to meet Sentrillion Safe Driving Requirements.

SPECIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.


• Able to work in outdoor environment exposed to varying high or low temperatures.


• Must have sufficient physical agility to walk, climb, stand, crawl, and stretch on a continuing basis.
