IHG Army Hotels Fort Leonard Wood is currently hiring for a full-time Front Desk Agent.  The starting rate of pay for this position is $11.98 per hour.

Your day to day

As a Front Desk Agent, you will create the first impression of the hotel by welcoming guests in a friendly, timely and professional manner.  You will register guests and process all payments according to established procedures, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.

You will answer multi-system phones, may routinely book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups either by phone or from within the hotel.  Process cancellations, revisions and information updates on changes.  You will also provide a fond farewell when checking guests out.

What we need from you

Requirements include holding a High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year front desk/guest service experience. Essential Languages: English

• Must have excellent customer service/hospitality skills


• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal/written


• Must have computer/typing skills


• Be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time


• Must be available to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, am/pm shifts)


• Must be able to gain entry on Federal Military Installation
