We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.


As a Pool and Beach Supervisor, you will:



  • Assist pool staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests

  • Ensure all charges for rental and sale items are accurately processed

  • Oversee all safety and sanitation regulations

  • Monitor the pool and beach area

  • Assist guests with the appropriate use of the facility

  • Maintain a safe and orderly environment at all times

  • Maintain and supervise maintenance and use of equipment and furniture

  • Prepare staff assignments according to department procedures

  • Oversee daily/shift schedules; make any necessary changes per business need

  • Perform line-staff duties when needed daily


Physical Requirements:



  • Must be able to work in all types of weather/temperatures

  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.

  • Must be able to make fast-paced periodical movements are required to go from one part of the property to others.

  • Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 25 pounds.

  • Must be able to kneel, bend, crouch occasionally, and climb is required

  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping

  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, push, twist, walk, crouch, and squat.
