As a Pool and Beach Supervisor, you will:
Assist pool staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests
Ensure all charges for rental and sale items are accurately processed
Oversee all safety and sanitation regulations
Monitor the pool and beach area
Assist guests with the appropriate use of the facility
Maintain a safe and orderly environment at all times
Maintain and supervise maintenance and use of equipment and furniture
Prepare staff assignments according to department procedures
Oversee daily/shift schedules; make any necessary changes per business need
Perform line-staff duties when needed daily
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in all types of weather/temperatures
Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
Must be able to make fast-paced periodical movements are required to go from one part of the property to others.
Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 25 pounds.
Must be able to kneel, bend, crouch occasionally, and climb is required
Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods
Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, push, twist, walk, crouch, and squat.
