Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Coordinate scheduling with production, sales order administration and other departments as needed.
1. Prioritizes coordination efforts to ensure efficiency and timeliness of scheduling.


2. Processing receipts of all inventory materials and supplies received.


3. Perform routine data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines.


4. Label inventory items in the receiving area for identifications, including serialization and tagging of barcoded items


5. Responsible for transporting materials to and from the receiving area, warehouse and production areas.


6. Inventory booking within the ERP-System


7. Receiving, unpacking and data entry in the receiving process.


8. Coordination of the material flow between the internal and external Warehouses


9. Picking and commissioning of work orders.


10. Help maintain cleanliness and general tidiness of Warehouse facilities.

Qualifications

What we seek -

• Professional training in logistic area or industrial working environment. Minimum of 2+ years experience in Logistics and/or Warehouse distribution.


• Working experience in ERP-Systems (Oracle-EBS ideal/other ERPs ok)


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools


• Commissioning/Picking experience and Booking in ERP-System


• Control and check of incoming goods


• Basic understanding of general statistical methods (e.g., how to calculate averages)


• Fork truck license (or willingness and ability to obtain same)


• Good communications skills (written, spoken and interaction skills)


• Can-do approach to getting the work done well and on time; strong focus on quality and meeting business needs
