Field Technician / Laborer at Arcadis U.S.Inc. in Columbus, Ohio

Job Description:

Arcadis is seeking a traveling Field Technician / Laborer.

In this role, you will be a member of a field team who works on a variety of environmental construction sites. This position requires extensive travel to job sites. You will typically be traveling for two weeks at a time and then home for a long weekend. Travel will primarily be on the North Eastern half of the United States. This is a great opportunity to join an established team working supporting our mission of Improving Quality of Life.

Responsibilities include:

• Excavation and Restoration of remediated properties
• Light construction activities including framed construction,
• Light Demolition including jack hammering of concrete
• Flat concrete work
• Painting
• Landscaping
• Heavy labor to include shoveling and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
• Installation of fencing and construction materials #LI-CA1

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on environmental construction sites


• Oil and Gas experience


• Experience with construction equipment


• 40 hour HAZWOPER certified
