Maintains a culture of engagement and accountability through motivating, empowering and communicating standards that foster an ownership mentality in individuals and work teams.
Maintains safe work environment by overseeing the training and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Responsible for coaching and development, employment decisions, and resolving issues through conflict resolution. Hires, trains, coaches and reviews performance of team members. Partners with Human Resources and Project Managers for recruitment, employee recognition, corrective actions, and terminations.
Manages the day to day aspects of the team including time clock management, policy enforcement, training management, etc.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects, delivered on time and within scope and budget.
Establish and maintain customer relationships and attend customer meetings to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of all projects.
Planning, managing, monitoring, and evaluating the workflow to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are achieved to ensure all projects are delivered on time.
Maintains quality operations by understanding and enforcing organization standards for quality and technical specifications.
Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Provides operations information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing operations performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.

Education/Certifications:
A Bachelor's degree in appropriate field preferred or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in operational management.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader position
Must have experience in continuous improvement practices and analysis
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience building relationships across career levels and functions
Strong problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop others through support, coaching and accountability
