The Construction Manager will work alongside the VP of Construction in the assisting, monitoring and tracking the various development and construction teams of Welltower’s senior living partners. The Construction Manager will assist in the development and construction review of senior living communities during all phases of the development and construction process. This will include construction document review, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site inspections. The location is flexible, and you can work out of any of the following offices: Toledo, OH; New York, NY; Dallas, TX; Jupiter, FL; Santa Monica, CA; or Remote office
