We are currently looking for Yard Set Up co-workers to join our dedicated team, in Lancaster, PA.


Yard Set Up co-workers are responsible for performing all duties required to set up and assemble girders for check fitting and reaming purposes.


Ideal candidates will be able to work 1st shift Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 3rd shift Monday - Thursday, 8:30 pm - 7:00 am. Overtime is available!


Starting rate of pay is $17.50/hr. + shift differential of 25% of base salary for working 3rd shift. 


Responsibilities of our yard set up crew:



  • Ability to use detailed drawings and follow general instructions as to methods of setting up, unloading and fitting girders.

  • Familiarity with engineers level, in order to set girders to elevation. 

  • Insure girders are level using blocking as necessary.

  • Verify that bolts are tightly in place and all holes are reamable. 

  • Perform the full set up process as required by the job. This includes set-up, tear down, and loading for transport. 

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:



  • A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required

  • The ability to work from prints, specification tables and with adjustable layout and measuring instruments desired

  • Strong math skills including the use of decimals and fractions. 

  • Forklift certification, preferred

  • Ability to work 3rd shift, Sunday - Thursday from 9:30 pm - 6:00 am.
