Job Description:

The principal responsibility of this position is to provide support to the Fund Management - Fund Administration team by scheduling executive level and investor meetings for the Global Private Equity and Global Credit segments. The role requires strong professional and communication skills to liaise effectively with Executive Assistants and other team members across the Carlyle organization and external parties. This position also requires the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience


  • 5+ years scheduling experience supporting senior level professionals

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and follow through on assigned responsibilities

  • Flexibility to juggle moderate degree of multiple and changing priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team in a deadline-oriented environment with a positive attitude and high energy level


Education and Certifications

  • 4-Year college degree, preferred




Technical Requirements

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Respect for confidentiality of sensitive information

Key Duties/
Responsibilities



  • Coordinate extensively with Executive Assistants to schedule recurring and ad hoc internal and external meetings with Carlyle executives, deal team professionals, other Carlyle departments and investors. Use available technology resources to set up Zoom meetings, conference rooms and other necessary logistical requirements for meetings.

  • Create and send standardized, professional meeting invitations.

  • Compile and disseminate meeting materials for certain meetings

  • Assist with other team coordination activities
