The Studio Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting Studio project management and Studio clients with various marketing initiatives.Marketing coordination may include assisting/overseeing the following: developing project plans/timelines, expense/budget tracking, meeting coordination, award submission logistics, and preparing marketing reports.In addition, this role will flex to support other Studio work including writing and basic design along with proofreading and review work product for quality.The WL Studio Marketing Coordinator will have the ability to interface with Studio clients participating with intake discussions and communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting and summarizing data

*Supports award submissions and post award logistics

*Develops project plans/timelines

*Supports expense and budget tracking

*Provides proofreading and QA support for Studio work products

*Assists with the WL Studio intake request process and basic project management

*Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and convert strategy into operational tactics

*Project Management and strong organizational skills

*Liaison between clients and Studio team

*Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

*Basic design skills

*Experience with Smartsheet is a plus


  • Broad base of marketing knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to find win-win solutions that maintain positive working relationships when negotiating timelines, budgets, resources, etc.

  • Attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work

*Proficient with the Microsoft Office platform including PowerPoint, Excel and Word

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing or related field or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years previous experience
