BBH is currently recruiting entry-level candidates to join our Fund Services Division. This team takes pride in the accuracy and precision in its outputs in support of our Fund Accounting and Fund Administration production lines. Our group is comprised of several specialty teams including Central Pricing, NAV Hub, Fund Audit Control, Expense Administration and Fund Accounting Transaction Teams. Whether you have prior finance experience/internships or are looking to try something new, we welcome individuals with various backgrounds and points of view. * Share your ideas and process improvement recommendations at the peer level and with senior management.

* Encourage proactive communication within your team and with clients. Take time to really listen to your client's needs, understand their goals and how you can improve their experience.

Principal Responsibilities

Transaction Processing


  • Ensure daily output maintains department/team standards for quality and timeliness.

  • Help to ensure team deadlines and/or requirements are being met.

  • Manage daily production reporting.

Problem Resolution


  • Monitor and assist in the resolution of issues.

  • Interact with other BBH departments to resolve issues

Communications


  • Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure.

  • Communicate with internal departments as necessary.

Process Improvement


  • Gain an understanding of the big picture of how specific functions impact the firm.

  • Contribute to Division/Firm process improvement activities.

Qualifications


  • BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.

  • Prior experience or internships in a financial services environment is a plus, but is not required.
