Our Solar Utility-Scale Superintendent is responsible for the installation and implementation of our large utility-scale projects.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & SCOPE:

• Install systems to meet the company's revenue targets


• Monitor and drive job costing, quality reporting, forecasting and productivity


• Increase the speed of installations to maintain an optimal backlog level


• Drive down installation costs and improve efficiency


• Meet budget for allinstallation expenses


• Install systems withgreat quality and deliver an extraordinary customer experience


• Focus on installationquality and doing things right the first time - exceed the company'starget for projects passing inspection the first time without corrections


• Verifiable trackrecord for managing a successful "injury free" safety program


• Train all Foreman onsafety protocol


• Completing fieldadministration: timesheets, quantity reports, purchases and the jobdiaries


• Implement process andprograms to promote Safety culture


• Supervising andmentoring field personnel (30+ electricians) as well as managing up to 4 subcontractors

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Electrical CA Journeyman License required


• 10+ years constructionexperience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position


• 3+ years of Solar Ground MountExperience required (Nextracker experience is a plus)


• Verifiable leadership qualities


• History of safety management and risk mitigation


• OSHA 30 Trainingpreferred


• NABCEP PV InstallerCertification preferred
