Exciting Work You Will Do
Collaborating with the client/s and North Highland team to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and talent needs so as to support initiatives through quality hiring for assigned areas of support
Proactively managing and maintaining high quality and responsive relationships with internal and external clients and candidates
Managing and assisting with external clients' needs and adjust to clients' requests accordingly (onsite and offsite).
Expanding recruiting expertise by staying abreast of recruiting trends, best practices, social media, legal developments, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons
Assisting in counseling hiring managers on recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Ensuring a solid process of providing a qualified talent pipeline and a smooth interview and hiring process with the candidate experience in mind
Preparing recruitment reports and metrics in keeping with established processes
Ensuring data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience with Bullhorn preferred.
Contributing to department and company process improvements
What You Will Need
5 years of progressive experience as a full cycle executive recruiter, preferably within a fast-paced management consulting, professional staffing ,advisory and / or corporate recruiting environment.
Previous success recruiting for multiple locations across the US is preferred.
General knowledge of labor laws and recruiting compliance (EEO, AFLs, OFCCP, AAP).
Strong sourcing and networking skills to generate and expand a candidate pipeline aligned with current and projected business objectives
Comfortable interfacing with all levels of leadership.
Full life cycle recruiting experience with effective organization, planning, process, time management, and multitasking skills to meet hiring need
Ability to manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and insure that candidates have a positive recruiting experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills including poise, tact and diplomacy
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to document and influence
Proficiency in using various applicant tracking systems, social media, recruitment tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other productivity and recruiting tools
An acute attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs and reprioritize work as necessary
Solid understanding of the recruiting business model.
Ability to multitask and prioritize and complete projects/tasks successfully and on time Significant analytical and process execution and compliance experience
Able to build strong working relationships internally across North Highland Local Offices, Divisions and Corporate functions
Ability to maintain positive outlook despite challenges
Is adept at developing personal and professional networks
Strong attention to detail and the ability to proactively follow through on tasks and responsibilities without heavy supervision
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
