Corporate Compliance Coordinator

US-NJ-Red Bank

Regular Full-Time


The Corporate Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring our business operations, and procedures comply with the firm's internal policies including the firms Petty Cash, Corporate Card Cards, Travel and Expense policy.


    Assist in implementing and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures
  • Assist in creating, maintaining and updating a Policies and Procedures database

  • Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure compliance

  • Manage and monitor unreconciled and/or unapproved staff expense reports and Corporate Card transactions and work with Admin staff to resolve

  • Assist in managing and maintaining Request and Expense audit rules

  • Audit expense reports based on expense audit rules and ensure compliance with the T&E Policy

  • Assist with projects and initiatives for the Corporate Expense Program

  • Reconcile American Express reports

  • Provide support and training to end-users using the Concur Expense as needed

  • Respond to Concur Help Desk support cases as needed

  • Perform other duties as requested


  • Bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent, plus at least four years Accounts Payable, Purchasing or Auditing experience required

  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work well with and communicate with all employees and managers

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task and be detail oriented

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills

  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential and sensitive information; sound judgement

  • Strong technical computer skills, comfortable working in various systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating ability to effectively communicate.

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Experience with SAP Concur preferred

  • Representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job

  • Regularly required to talk, see and hear May be extended periods of time operating a computer in a stationary position
